If you are having issues with your Ansys Lumerical account or you forgot your password. Try to reset your password as outlined in this article.
- Enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password?".
- "Send verification code" to your phone number or email address.
TIP: If your email is controlled by your company's IT department, send the verification code to your phone instead of your email address.
- Enter the verification code that you received and "Continue" to create a new password for your account.
- Once logged into your Ansys account, you can check your subscriptions or manage your user profile. i.e. change your name or password, register a phone number for account verification or add/remove "authenticator app" verification.
